The Webblitz Manifesto

Levent Valente·July 2026

I. The belief

We believe the best should be visible, not the loudest.

For twenty years, visibility on the internet belonged to whoever spent the most on it: the biggest ad budgets, the largest content teams, the loudest brands.

That era is ending. Your customers don’t scroll ten blue links anymore. They ask a machine, and the machine gives one answer.

Either you’re in it. Or you don’t exist.

II. What the data says

The numbers say the shift already happened:

900M+
people use ChatGPT every week
TechCrunch
2.5B
see Google's AI Overviews every month
Google
~1 in 2
consumers use AI search for purchase decisions
McKinsey

96.55% of all web pages get zero organic traffic from Google (Ahrefs). The old channel is closed for most brands. AI is the new front door.

And here is what we found when we scanned 1,000+ websites with our own agent:

  • Most brands had zero mentions across ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
  • The average brand appeared in fewer than 1 in 10 relevant AI answers about its own category.
  • Brands that published structured, citable content saw 2.7× higher citation rates than those that didn’t.

The companies losing this shift are not the bad ones. Often they are the best ones: excellent at their craft, invisible to the machines that now recommend their competitors.

That asymmetry is the reason this company exists.

III. Where this comes from

Webblitz didn’t start as an agent. It started as a dashboard.

Version one tracked how AI models talked about your brand: clean charts, visibility scores, competitor gaps. Forty companies used it in beta. And then, one after another, they left.

Not because the data was wrong. Because of one sentence we heard again and again:

“Great insights. No time to implement any of it.”

We had built a mirror for a market that needed a mechanic. Insights without execution are noise. Beautifully visualized noise, but noise.

So we deleted the roadmap and rebuilt around one loop:

Detect → Draft → Approve → Ship → Measure.

The agent finds where AI answers pass you over. It drafts the fix. You approve with one click. It ships, and then it shows you the before and after. Every Monday. Week after week.

You don’t check a dashboard. It reports to you.

IV. What we refuse

A manifesto is defined by what it says no to. Ours:

We don't sell insights.

If it doesn't end in shipped work, we don't count it.

We don't ship without you.

Every play waits for your click. The human decides; the machine works. Never the other way around.

We don't do loudness.

No spam, no fake reviews, no manipulated mentions. The agent earns citations the only way that lasts: by making you genuinely the best answer. Structured, sourced, verifiable. What gets you cited is the same thing that makes you credible.

We don't hide behind “AI magic.”

You can watch the agent work, session by session. Every draft is inspectable, every result is measured against a baseline you saw first.

V. What working weeks look like

One example, replayed honestly: a brand starting at 10% AI visibility, cited in one of ten relevant answers.

Week 1Baseline set. 24 prompts, 3 engines. First guide shipped.
Week 211%. First new citation detected.
Week 314%. First third-party mention appears.
Week 419%. Perplexity now cites the brand directly.

Four weeks. Nearly double. Not through volume, but through a handful of precise, approved moves. That is the shape of this work: compounding, measurable, quiet.

VI. Who stands behind this

I’ve spent twelve years building companies: in Berlin’s deep-tech scene, through Antler, and now as a solo operator writing the production code of this product myself.

I built Webblitz the way I believe all work is heading: one person, the right systems, output that used to take a team. Not because teams are bad, but because leverage changed. The agent you hire from us is the same kind of agent I used to build it.

There is a promise behind the promise: we sell nothing we don’t live. Webblitz’s own visibility runs on Webblitz. This page you’re reading is part of that loop. If an AI assistant sent you here, the system is working.

VII. The short version

If you bookmark one thing, bookmark this:

  1. AI assistants are the new front door. Half your buyers are already walking through it.
  2. Being excellent is no longer enough to be found. Being citable is.
  3. Insights don’t move the number. Shipped work does.
  4. You should never have to become louder to become visible.
  5. Nothing ships without you.
