These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of webblitz.ai, a service provided by:

By creating an account or using webblitz.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

webblitz.ai is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform that helps businesses monitor and improve their brand's visibility in AI-generated responses. The service includes:

• •Tracking your brand's mentions across AI platforms (Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity)
• •Analyzing competitor visibility and market positioning
• •Generating content recommendations and AI article drafts
• •Providing topic cluster research with keyword and trend data
• •Automated tracking on a recurring schedule based on your plan

3. Account Registration

To use webblitz.ai, you must create an account using a valid email address via Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for:

• •Keeping your login credentials secure
• •All activity that occurs under your account
• •Providing accurate information during registration

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

4. Plans & Billing

webblitz.ai offers three subscription tiers:

• •Launch (Free): Limited features, no credit card required. Free forever.
• •Growth: Paid monthly or annually. Includes expanded tracking, all AI platforms, and content generation features.
• •Scale: Paid monthly or annually. Designed for teams managing multiple websites with daily tracking, 100 content actions and 50 AI article drafts per month.

Paid plans are billed in advance. Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice — existing subscriptions are honored until their renewal date.

5. Plan Limits & Fair Use

Each plan has defined limits on the number of websites, topic clusters, prompts, competitors, content actions, and AI article drafts. These limits are enforced automatically. Attempting to circumvent plan limits (e.g., creating multiple free accounts) is a violation of these Terms. If you exceed your plan's limits, you will be prompted to upgrade.

6. Automated Tracking

After your first manual "Start Tracking" action, webblitz.ai activates automated tracking for your website. Prompts are executed on AI platforms at your plan's frequency (weekly or daily in rotation). You may pause or resume automated tracking at any time from your settings. webblitz.ai is not liable for variations in AI platform responses, model updates, or temporary unavailability of third-party AI services.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership of all data you provide (website URLs, brand information) and all content generated for you (article drafts, recommendations). You may use generated content for any lawful purpose.

Our service: The webblitz.ai platform, including its design, code, algorithms, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Valente Ventures GmbH. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform.

AI-generated content: Article drafts and recommendations are generated by AI and provided as-is. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before publishing.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use webblitz.ai to:

• •Violate any applicable law or regulation
• •Submit URLs to websites you do not own or have authorization to analyze
• •Attempt to overload, disrupt, or exploit the service or its infrastructure
• •Circumvent plan limits, authentication, or security measures
• •Use the service to generate spam, misleading content, or content that infringes on third-party rights

9. Availability & Warranties

webblitz.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. AI platform responses may change at any time due to model updates by their respective providers (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity). We are not responsible for changes in third-party AI behavior, temporary service outages, or data inaccuracies resulting from AI model updates.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valente Ventures GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• •Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
• •Automated tracking stops at the end of the billing period
• •Your account reverts to the free Launch plan
• •Your data is preserved but subject to free plan limits

Refunds for annual plans may be requested within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the service. Monthly plan payments are non-refundable. Contact hello@valente.ventures for refund requests.

12. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using webblitz.ai, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our data processing practices.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the platform. In case of termination for cause, no refund will be issued. We will provide notice before termination where reasonably possible.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is Frankfurt am Main, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. For material changes, we will notify you via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of webblitz.ai after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
